On her wedding day

Sacrificing sleep to do this post up. Ha!

I was off to her place at 6am that very morning.

Was there for just half an hour or so before everything became a frantic rush.

The make up artist came in and did her make up and hair. The videographer and photographer started taking shots of this and that and everything. I was also snapping away with my camera while preparing the gatecrashing games with her cousin.

Kinda lazy to list down what games we did. Most importantly the groom and his brothers damn steady also lah. No one backed out. Our games were so mild. If they back out then nothing to say lol!

So cool eh. Videographer was the groom’s friend.

The groom got his bride.

And they proceed to the traditional ceremony.

Eat mee sua, pay respects to ancestors, tea ceremony at groom’s, tea ceremony at bride’s and then check-in hotel to rest before the dinner.

And they are all married, living happily ever after! =)

The tea ceremony took really long considering how many relatives he has.

Then they proceed to change.

Skip the entire tea ceremony. Usual stuff. Buffet and all.

Next they went to check-in at Novotel Suite. I totally loved how they made the room so newly-wed-feel!

Half the toilet. I didn’t take the bath tub! *bangs head* It’s like so huge 4 people can squeeze inside. LOL! But it’s only reserved for the couple lah.

And here comes the best part of the room!!

THE BED!! PRETTY OR PRETTY?? IT’S PURPLE!!!

My dream bed. Wedding night no purple bed never mind. My future house must have purple bed sheets! And SILK!!! HAHAHAHA! Minus the mosquito net though haha.

Didn’t really take much photos in their suite cos they had to rest. So I went to my room which I booked for the night as well. Kinda figured might drink a lot in case the newly-weds were being sabo-ed to drink so I was to help out a bit and LA confirm will drink so he, being the responsible driver, didn’t want to drive home after drinking.

So this is my bed. Hahaha so pathetic compared to the above one. But nonetheless comfy lah.

My room also got bath tub. But only enough for 1 =( So small.

Anyway that night was madness. Both the couple’s relatives starting filling up the ballroom. Damn lot of people! Poor bride had to stand there and welcome everyone. Confirm smile until cramp!

And dinner had to start pretty late considering it was a Friday night and people came after work.

The secondary friends came too! Kaixin’s the first to get married among us. Hee.

I was really happy that night. As if I was marrying off my own daughter. Lol. Literally watched the 2 of them grow. Fat, thin, tall, short, old, old. Lol. Tied the knot after 7 years of courtship. Amazing. Just amazing.

I sincerely wish them happy marriage and like everyone said, 早生贵子！=D Congratulations darling!!!
